On the occasion of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, we organize a festival of independent puppet theatre. Three leading alternative Czech puppet ensembles, the Forman Brothers Theater, Continuo Theater and Buchty a loutky will perform at the Karel Pippich Theater in Chrudim. The festival will also include a discussion forum with creators, theater theorists and critics and photographic exhibition. The main theme will be the importance of freedom for artistic expression. Tickets for the performance are provided by Chrudimská Beseda and Chrudim Tourist Information Center. Do not miss the opportunity to see some of the best Czech puppet companies.
