Chrudim Puppetry Museum

  • located in a beautiful renaissance Mydlář house not far from the main square
  • part of the building is also used as an observation tower
  • relaxation zone for visitors on newly renovated terraces
  • vast museum collection contains over 50,000 collection items, including more than 11,000 puppets from all over the world
  • the collection also includes scenic designs, backdrops, art works with a puppetry theme, posters, photographs, audio recordings and video recordings, etc.
